It may sound intimidating, but it isn’t! You will learn the technique and base recipe that will turn into your favorite comfort food! We will prepare a savory risotto- you will top it with a variety of sautéed veggies, fresh herbs and delicious cheeses. While you eat, Bridgett will create a sweet risotto as the prefect end to your meal! Space is limited to just 8, so everyone can have a hands-on experience. You will leave with printed recipes. You are welcome to bring beer or wine (416 has glasses and openers)
