International Day of Yoga

Join us in a community practice of yoga to celebrate International Day of Yoga on June 21! To commemorate this special day, Flow Yoga Studio, Pedretti Power Yoga, and Jenstar Movement Studio will provide FREE yoga sessions throughout the day for all skill levels.

Class Descriptions

Flow Yoga Studio | Voyageur Park

Ryanne Cunningham will begin the class with a calming, centering and basic breath work practice, then guide you through slow and easy stretches to warm up the body, easing you into Sun Salutations and a short sequence of yoga poses.

Cynthia Nelson will lead you through a Slow Flow Vinyasa class using breath and yoga postures to build more natural body heat and energize your body and mind.

Elisabeth Herbner will take on the last half of class with a wonderful cool down of easy and rejuvenating yoga stretches guiding you through a long and peaceful relaxation as you blissfully take in the warmth of the summer sun.

Pedretti Power Yoga | In-studio

Standard flow class (hot yoga) with an emphasis on the foundational postures, deepens your knowledge of alignment and physical condition.

Jenstar Movement Studio | In-studio

Vinyasa Flow Yoga moves at a comfortable tempo and is a non-heated, Vinyasa Yoga style covering all the essentials: breath connection, body alignment and relaxation to allow you to feel present, calm and strong in your body.

Kundalini Yoga w/ Gong Meditation offers a dynamic yoga practice which clears energy pathways for greater vitality and inner peace. Learn the tools to achieve internal and external harmony as well as practice the ancient Kundalini techniques that promote personal evolution.

Stress Free (Gentle) Yoga is a beneficial class that will release body tension and built up daily stress through a gentle movement flow (mostly stretch) and breathe work. The key focus is to restore the quality of mind and open up energy channels in the body.
