Cooking for yourself is as important as cooking for others, but it can seem difficult or like a waste- in this class, Bridgett will show you tips and tricks for portioning food, dishes involving small portions, and ways to make leftovers seem completely different than the first dish.
On the menu- pork tenderloin with baked apples, and baked salmon with asian cucumber salad. The class will work together to create the spread and then eat! Aprons are provided for your use during the class and students receive printed recipes.
Please arrive about 10:15am, as the class begins at 10:30am. No refunds will be given for cooking classes.
