Details:Join us in a community practice of yoga to celebrate International Day of Yoga on June 21! To commemorate this special day, Flow Yoga Studio will provide a FREE yoga session for all skill levels from 6 – 7 pm.

We are excited to have special guest, Jaire Alexander from the Green Bay Packers, along with the The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Green Bay join, us for a community event for all. Jaire will lead a portion of the yoga class and then join the kids and practice yoga along with them.

Grab your mat and a towel and join us for an evening of relaxation and family fun!

After yoga, enjoy meditation drumming, henna, food trucks, and stay for Movie In The Park hosted but the De Pere Parks, Rec & Forestry. Kids can take part in crafts and games before the feature film, “The Peanuts Movie” which will begin at dusk.
