KIDchen Mini Cooking Camp

Let’s Eat the Rainbow! We will focus on fresh produce!
Hands on cooking will include: a fruit and veggie smoothie, muffins loaded with fruit or veggies, a healthy dip for fresh fruit, and homemade ranch dressing. We will discuss why colorful food is healthy food and the nutritional benefits of whole fruit and vegetables.
We will also discuss kitchen safety and food safety. Each student will leave with printed recipes, information from the class, and their apron! Class size is limited to 5 children. No refunds will be given for cooking camp. Children will be dropped off and a parent is not required to stay. Children must be 8 years or older
