Mingusfest XVII

A musical tribute to the jazz great Charles Mingus (1922-1979). The work of the unparalled composer, bassist, and bandleader will be performed by an all-star group of area musicians, including Cully Swansen, Greg Pagel, Steve Johnson, James LeFevre, Phil Nelson, and Nick Utrie. Recommended donations are on a sliding scale of $5 to $10 and all $ goes to the band. An annual Luna event since 2001.
