This cooking class is set up to be a demo for the breakfast portion and then you will enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by Bridgett! This class is limited to 8 and due to a limit of space and for safety, no children can attend.
Demos will include fruit and yogurt smoothies (and time saving tips on how to prep them), low sugar granola, and on the go omelettes. Lunch will be a healthy crustless quiche, fresh fruit, a chopped salad, bread sticks, and sparkling water! Each student will leave with the printed recipes and the confidence to tackle the new school year! No refunds are given for lunch and learns.
