Soup is a favorite dish of so many and it’s easy and healthy! Most soups freeze well, too- so let’s learn how to make a few! We will make roasted root soup, chicken noodle, and watermelon gazpacho. This is a hands on experience. The class will work together to create the soups and then enjoy their creations- with 416 bread sticks, of course! If you haven’t devoured it all, remaining soup will be sent home with students! Aprons are provided for your use during the class and each student with receive printed recipes. You are welcome to bring beer or wine (416 has glasses and openers)
Please arrive about 5:45pm, as the class begins at 6:00pm. No refunds will be given for cooking classes.
