In this 2 1/2 hour class you’ll be given a step by step tutorial on making and baking Sourdough bread.
Normally a 2-3 day process, the experts at the Flour Pot have designed a way to demonstrate the various steps involved in creating the bread.
Using previously proofed loaves, attendees will watch the instructor demonstrate in person how to score and bake. Each student will then prepare a loaf for bakingbin our ovens. Then, while baking, using previously prepared dough you’ll learn how to pull, and stretch. This is done 6 times in 15 minute intervals.
During the resting time, information will be shared as to how the process began and what was done in the different stages. Attendees will be given a paper copy of the recipe for reference and note taking.
Each will go home with a loaf of bread and starter.
