Learn another technique for making gourmet Macaron cookies!
You are probably familiar with the French Macaron recipe taught at the Flour Pot by Jill Kocian. In this class you will learn a different technique, the Italian method!
In this hands-on class, you will work together to mix the batter, bake, and fill the cookies with flavored buttercream frosting. You will go home with a box of cookies to impress your friends and family.
