In this 2 hour class, attendees will learn how easy it is to make ravioli from scratch.
We will begin by mixing ingredients and making a dough ball. Then, using a stand mixer with pasta attachments, you will learn how to roll the dough and create the ravioli by hand or using a special Ravioli maker. Ravioli will be stuffed with a meat and cheese combination or a cheese and butternut squash.
Bring a container for you to take home what you make for cooking or freezing.
Recipes will be shared for 2 sauces; butter garlic and marinara sauce to top your ravioli.
