Pastry instructor Gina Guth shares the tricks and easy method for creating a flaky pie crust.
In this hands on class you will learn how to mix using either shortening or lard, how to roll with ease and transfer to a pie pan.
Gina will demonstrate how to flute the pie with special tools or by hand the old fashioned way.
The $45 cost includes the lesson, recipe, and ingredients to make 2 pie crusts. Take the crusts home to fill and bake at your convenience or freeze for later use.

Blind baking pie crust for refrigerator pies such as coconut or banana cream pies will also be included.
Thickening fruit filling.
