Easy to Use

A Brown County Library card is free and gives you access to the resources of nine Brown County Library branches and inter-library loans to access a catalog of more than 32 million items across libraries in Wisconsin and beyond.  Use your free library card to:

  • Borrow materials
  • Use online resources from your home or office
  • Log on to public internet stations in the library
  • Utilize free wi-fi on your own device at the library
  • Search the library catalog, place items on hold, and renew items
  • Sign up to receive email notifications when items are due or reserves are ready for pick-up

Kids and Families

The Kress Family Library offers a wide range of programs and services for children and families including:

  • Dance and performances for children
  • Story time and interactive activities for all ages
  • Opportunities to meet animal handlers and trainers
  • Parenting classes
