Masks of Comedy and Tragedy

The masks of comedy and tragedy are some of the most iconic representations in theater and are perfectly suited to appear on a building housing a theater. They seem to fit perfectly on the left and right side of the entrance of Broadway Theater. The artist found it important that the faces could easily be viewed from a distance and provide a bright pop of color to the landscape year-round. The face of comedy is slightly larger than that of tragedy as a reminder that good will always prevail.
